Acceptance

By using these tools you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the tools.

No Warranty

These tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Sensory 5, Inc. does not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, produce correct results in all cases, or be available at any given time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sensory 5, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of these tools, including but not limited to:

• Loss or corruption of product data in Shopify or any other platform
• Incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected CSV output
• Import errors or unintended changes to your Shopify store
• Loss of revenue, customers, or business opportunities
• Any other direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) and even if Sensory 5, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing all output CSV files before importing them into Shopify or any other system. In particular:

• Always back up your data first. Export a full product CSV from Shopify before performing any import. Importing a CSV will overwrite the fields present in the file — there is no built-in undo.
• Review the output. Open every generated CSV in a spreadsheet application and verify the contents before uploading. Use the Import Previewer to compare the output against your original export.
• Test on a small subset first. When making large changes, consider filtering your export to a small group of products and importing that first to confirm the results are as expected.

These tools are independent utilities developed by Sensory 5, Inc. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Shopify Inc. "Shopify" is a registered trademark of Shopify Inc.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the tools after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
